DAMAGED PACKAGE IN TRANSIT
Sassysigns takes great care when packaging your order and rarely does a package get damaged in transit. In the unfortunate event that your order does get damaged i.e. broken or cracked, please inform us within 3 working days of receiving the order. (DO NOT attempt to install the house sign, we are unable to replace damaged goods if you have tried to install them). Sassysigns will investigate any damage or lost goods on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right not to replace any damaged goods if found not to be negligent.
If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please
contact us to get a status update on your order. Delivery problems or delays are uncommon and usually come to light quickly. For prompt resolution, we will liaise with Australia Post / Courier and keep you informed of any progress. A hardcopy of the postage receipt will only be kept by us for a period of 8 weeks from the time of postage. Undelivered orders will not be honoured if we have not been informed that delivery has not been received within 8 weeks from the time of ordering.
DEFECTS
Whilst Sassysigns endeavours to deliver the best possible product, defects such as trapped tiny dust particles, fibres or fine scratches may be present from time to time. Defects not visible or obvious from a distance of 5m are considered acceptable and within manufacturing tolerances.
VARIATIONS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Every order is created based on your individual specifications and enters the production queue as soon as the order is confirmed. We do not accept cancellations or returns after your payment is confirmed. We will accept returns only if there is a fault with your product or if an error has been made by us during production. We understand that in certain circumstances, design changes may be required after an order is lodged. If you
contact us within 24 hours after your order is placed, we will be able to make alterations to your original design specifications.
WARRANTY
All of our products carry a 12 month warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from accidental damage during handling, vandalism, theft, cleaning with harsh chemicals or products, and faulty installation. In order for us to investigate and process any warranty claims, please send any defective product to our
postal address and
contact us with the details of your claim. i.e. description of fault, purchase order number and expected outcome. We will endeavour to settle any warranty claims within 14 working days from the time of receiving the defective product/s and claim. Please note that colour variations may occur between the actual product and its corresponding image presented on our website depending on the screen and setting which is image is being viewed.
INSTALLATION
Installation instructions provided on our website serve as a guide only. Sassysigns recommends installation by professionals. Appropriate safety measures and equipment should be used during installation. Acrylic can be brittle; do not apply excessive force when securing standoffs. Sassysigns is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages to the product arising from installation.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY SASSYSIGNS
Sassysigns reserves the right to cancel an order if:

The materials used to produce your order cannot be sourced; |

Australia Post does not deliver to your nominated address; |
3. |
There is an incorrect price quoted on the website due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers; |
4. |
Payment cannot be made via PayPal or PayPal does not authorise payment; |
5. |
Any text used for signage is deemed offensive.

In the unlikely event of us cancelling your order, an email notification will be sent to you outlining the reason for cancellation. Any paid order will be refunded in full to your nominated account within 14 working days from the time of cancellation. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for any dissatisfaction which may arise as a result an order cancellation.
PAYMENT
Payment for all orders made to Sassysigns is made via PayPal. Payment through PayPal is both secure and convenient. Customers pay from their PayPal accounts without disclosing financial information to Sassysigns. For more information on setting up a PayPal account and their terms of use, please refer to

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without publicising any changes at our sole discretion. The most current version of the terms and conditions will supersede all previous versions.
COPYRIGHT
This website is owned and managed by Sassysigns. You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license or create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information or designs contained on, or obtained from our website without written consent from Sassysigns. All rights reserved.
LIABILITY
Please also note that some signs may have sharp edges. By placing an order, the client acknowledges the risks associated with the installation of said signages in areas of traffic such as corridors or footpaths. The client agrees that Sassysigns will not accept any responsibility for any injuries caused by any sign supplied by Sassysigns. The placement of any sign is at the sole discretion of the client and any injuries caused by the sign will be the responsibility of the client.
APPLICABLE LAW
Your use of this website is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
